It was like a fairytale walking through the gardens at the Floriade Festival. Ah, the places I get to see with the Telstra Road to Tamworth - last weekend, we were in Canberra. I felt like Snow White amongst the flowers.
It turned out to be such a beautiful day. Gorgeous blue skies and a great audience yet again. Adam Harvey and Morgan Evans were also performing as well as some serious young new talent from our Capital Territory! I’m glad I only perform and don’t have to judge. That’s gotta be a really hard job.

Getting Ready For The Floriade Festival :)
Im now sitting here staring at my suitcase wondering what else I’ve forgotten for my flight up to Canberra tomorrow morning. Its a bright and early 7:30am flight. I love early morning adventures!! Floriade Festival here we come!! Its going to be lots of fun with myself Morgan Evans and Adam Harvey all jamming it out on a Sunday afternoon:)

Saturday 6th September was the day!
To finally hold my very first album, LOOK IT UP, in my hands and not get woken up by my alarm clock moments later, was an unexplainable feeling!! WOW!
I felt little tears welling up in the corners of my eyes, but quickly blinked them away. (I was in Albury at the time at a soundcheck with Adam Harvey, and so I needed to compose myself.) But it was “release day” and everyone was very excited for me and super congratulatory. Adam even let me be his “mini-June” in the Jackson duet with him during his part of the show.
I hadn’t slept much all that week from the excitement. But the deprivation was worth it....

Hiya everyone.
Welcome to my brand new website! 2008 has been an amazing year for me. Since winning the Telstra Road To Tamworth competition in January, I’ve visited Nashville, performed at some major events including the Final State of Origin Game and the CMA Music Festival and recorded my debut album ‘Look It Up’ with ABC Music. I’m incredibly proud of it and can’t wait for you all to hear it once it’s released in September...

Jasmine Rae Has Golden Guitars In Her Sights
In a massive coup for such a new talent, 2008 Telstra Road to Tamworth winner and ABC MUsic artist Jasmine Rae was named as a finalist amongst the biggest names in the business at the announcement of the 37th Country Music Association Awards of Australia at the Sydney Opera House today.

Jasmine Rae To Support The Brooks & Dunn Australian Tour In 2009
ABC Music recording artist and 2008 Telstra Road To Tamworth winner Jasmine Rae has been announced as the local opening act for the Perth and Brisbane legs of Brooks & Dunn’s 2009 Australian tour.
Rae will join Kix Brooks, Ronnie Dunn and special US guest act Dierks Bentley at the Burswood Dome on May 1 and Brisbane Entertainment Centre on May 9. Tickets go on sale November 17.

Jasmine Rae Tops National Country Singles Charts
Following on from her top 5 ARIA Country Album Chart debut, Jasmine Rae has now topped the national country radio charts for the first time. Rae’s latest single and debut album title track, ‘Look It Up’, this week hit the #1 spot on The Music Network Country Hot 30 - National Country Airplay Chart, following it’s #11th Most Added result across all commercial radio last week.

HI, love your album ( just bought it) just wondering when i heard you live at mackay QLD a few weeks ago you sang a song ( i cant remember much) but it was about a guy cheating and the girl slashed his tyres on his 4wd.
